I am currently working as an assistant designer at Karl Lagerfeld Paris designing women's woven sportswear. I am a graduate of Iowa State University where I studied Apparel Design.
When designing I get my inspiration from my travels. My designs are influenced by different cultures, art, and architecture of the new cities I visit and explore. Femininity and structural pieces are focal points in many of my garments.
From designing my own collection to styling for Trend magazine, I have gained experience in both the design and editorial aspects of the industry. I have enjoyed creating within various categories of fashion from ready to wear to my personal passion, couture.
I hope to have an impact in the fashion industry by creating pieces of art that reflect the beauty of the female form and the unique cultures and experiences that form each individual.
